- Investiment in an additional HIGH-TECH ENGINEERED FRAMING System – ROBOT-DRIVE 1300

- Expansion and modernization of our Edge-Glued Panel production

- Facility expansion of 450,000m²
- Investment in one of the most modern BSH plants in Europe (including three planing lines)
- Investiment in our new sorting plant (including an additional planing line)

- Construction of additional halls and four drying chambers
2020
- Investiment in two HIGH-TECH ENGINEERED FRAMING Systems – HUNDEGGER K2i and SPEED-CUT 3 (SC3)

- Investment in an Additional KVH® Line
2004
- Construction of Additional Halls (25,000 m²)
- Investment in Edge-Glued Panel Production Lines

- Expansion and modernization of our planing mill (8 planing lines, 95,000 m² production/warehouse area)
1996
- Entry into the plywood business (direct imports)
- Investment in two KVH® lines
- Investment in an import warehouse including container handling (45,000 m²)

- Entry into the DIY business (Praktiker, later Hornbach)
1980
Cordes Bremerhaven was founded by Bernard Cordes as a planing mill
- Three planing lines (the first three linked systems in Germany)
- 65,000 m² production/warehouse area
- Investment in the coating line and start of sawn timber imports
